We have flexible working hours, day-care centers, mobile phones, internet, parking assistance, delivery service, couple therapists, cannabis... Nevertheless, there has never been more dissatisfaction, more back, knee and hip problems, more sleep disorders and malaise, more depression and burnouts, more divorces, more children with behavioral problems, more bullying, more lonely and those seeking meaning... 

Instead of joie de vivre, fulfillment and well-being, sickness, insecurity, dissatisfaction and helplessness are increasingly prevalent everywhere, and the desire for a better quality of life appears increasingly unattainable for most people, despite all the options. In addition to good physical condition, a holistically positive quality of life also includes our mental health, which has suffered enormously as a result of rapid technical development . Since humans are unfortunately only able to a very limited extent to process the development at the same speed,
