Ralf Eisenbarth studied industrial design and worked as a designer for several years in the field of interior design and package design and designed and produced numerous everyday products. In addition, he has been developing and optimizing business concepts and products in a wide range of sectors for over 40 years in order to achieve a better quality of life.
MARKETING STRATEGIST
Ralf Eisenbarth has worked as a marketing consultant for leading agencies in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich for over 10 years and has strategically and conceptually accompanied many well-known brands in a wide variety of industries such as automotive, cosmetics, electronics, sports, food, beverages, and many more .

ENTREPRENEUR
Ralf Eisenbarth has founded, managed and helped to develop several companies, including the first women's wellness studio in Germany, which, with over 1200 members and 45 employees, was one of the pioneers in the development of the wellbeing segment and set many innovations in motion, that are today an integral part of the wellbeing market.
PERSONAL COACH
Ralf Eisenbarth has been dealing intensively with psychology, neuroscience, behavioral research as well as the socio-cultural development and social trends for over 40 years and has
conducted hundreds of sessions as a coach with a wide variety of problems in the professional and personal area, especially with women.
As the father of a daughter on the autism spectrum, he is also commited in various social projects and the social acceptance of diversity.
SOCIAL ACTIVIST
Ralf Eisenbarth engagiert sich seit über 25 Jahren intensiv für soziale Projekte, als Vater einer Tochter im Autismus Spektrum insbesondere für mehr Akzeptanz und Gleichberechtigung von neurodivergenten Menschen und einer Verbesserung ihrer Lebensqualität. Mit dem Neurodiversity Hub
